Welcome!

I have one of those personalities that folks either really love and gravitate to, or really can’t stand. I’m  always super positive, cheerful, friendly, I have a campy sense of humor (love a good dad joke!), and I really try to avoid negativity and drama. I tend to see the best in people and don’t often get overwhelmed by a tough situation. But I wasn’t just born this way, it didn’t come natural. It is a lifestyle choice that I make. I choose to be happy. I choose joy. Every day. I have found that some of my greatest joy in life comes from helping others find their joy. Talk about a win/win! It’s my hope to help you discover ways to find more genuine happiness in your own life.

I’ll be providing insight on a wide range of topics designed to help you find more joy in life.  Some will excite you, some will challenge you, and some may even feel uncomfortable at first. But if you’re looking for something more meaningful in life, I hope you keep an open mind and try some of them. I am always open to respectful questions, comments, or general feedback so please do get involved.

That having been said, I am not a doctor. I am not a medical professional of any sort. I am someone who has spent a great deal of time in my life learning how to create happiness and find joy. It’s important to note that if you are feeling suicidal, hopeless, or if you feel you may be in serious danger of hurting yourself, I beg you to please reach out to a friend or family member. While you may feel isolated right now, I promise you that you are not alone in this. If you don’t feel comfortable reaching out to a friend or family member, you can reach the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 or www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org. The world needs you more than you know.

Thank you for being here. Thank you for sharing part of your life with me and allowing me to share mine with you. I’m truly grateful.
